The Foundation is committed to fund exclusively research which respects the human being from the very outset of life. It does not support any projects in which human embryos or foetus are used as a research material. Devoted to life, the Foundation funds research which respects mankind.

We have everything to gain by finding the answer !
Although disease is to be hated and fought, we must love and care for the diseased.
The absolute respect owed to patients is independent of their age or the handicap which may afflict them.
Medicine is devoted to life,
even at its end or at its beginning.
It is in direct opposition to the defeatists who prefer to give up in the face of disease by exterminating the patient, that research must be reinforced.
Trisomic children, who are the first victims of such practices, can show us the route to follow : faced with the temptation of "zero defect children" we uphold the success of research and the victory of life.
